Local Culture has been asked to rejuvenate the food hall at 15 West Washington Street in Chicago's Loop on behalf of the building's owner, Acadia Realty Trust. The beautiful landmark building already housed 12 operating vendors and had survived COVID's effects on Downtown Chicago. Local Culture is tasked with bringing new culinary talent to the space and the conceiving of a beautiful central bar designed by Manhattan Projext based in NYC and London.
